Research Coordinator at McMaster University
The Department of Surgery is hiring a Research Coordinator at McMaster University (Research Coordinator II, Grade 9) to lead and coordinate projects in medical education and learner wellness. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in non-clinical, human participant research using mixed-methods approaches, as well as a background in kinesiology, psychology or a related field. A strong interest in digital research tools and infrastructure will also be an asset.
A key focus of the role is supporting research exploring the implementation of Competency-based Medical Education, and the incumbent will also work on projects that explore learner wellness and the development of expertise.
This position is not suitable for those looking to develop experience conducting clinical trials.
